For starters, you could earn money if you referred a customer that purchased a property. Or, you can show people what courses to take to become a realtor [or to become a better one!]

But the million dollar question is…..which method is best? And which real estate affiliate programs are worth trying out! If you are interested, read on!

What are the Best Real Estate Affiliate Programs?

At present, Levinrad teaches those who are just starting out about the basics of being a realtor. Specifically, he educates them regarding the right ways on how to find sellable properties, how to fix and flip a house, and so on.

Their affiliate program is known for being on-demand among affiliates. Take a look at the details below:

In addition to this, you don’t have to worry about banners, marketing images, and even email templates because everything is already provided.

Note that they are very strict about their affiliates. There is no auto-approval, and you must be acknowledged by the company itself. This being stated, you should make sure that you qualify for all the stated requirements.

2. Real Estate Express

Real Estate Express is one of the leading platforms in the field of education, specifically in the subjects relating to real estate.

They were established in 1996 and had been giving opportunities to tens of thousands of students since then. Specifically, they have managed to train more than 350,000 students from 30 states.

As for their courses, they offer subjects for both pre-license and post-license. Their main goal is to maximize one’s potential in real estate-related careers. To achieve this, they spent 20 years formulating the right lessons for their course.

Here are the details about their affiliate program:

  • Minimum Payout: $50
  • Payment Method: Check Payments; Every 15 days
  • Cookie Duration: 100 Days
  • Promotional resources are provided

Programs are proven to have a high quality

There is no easier thing to promote than a legitimate product or service. As Real Estate Express’ courses have already produced a lot of success-driven individuals in the field. It will be more efficient for you to introduce the brand to others because you have proof.

Support is provided by the company

If there are any problems about the purchasing process or concerns about the service, you don’t have to be the one to represent the brand as Real Estate Express’ customer support will be the one to take care of the inquiry. You can stick to promoting their services.

You can track your current progress through the provided dashboard. This will give you an overview of the statistics about impressions, clicks, leads, etc.

3. Property M.O.B

Property M.O.B., similar to the previous brands, is also a learning platform for aspiring real estate majors. When you visit their website, you will be welcomed by multiple informative blogs about different subjects in the field.

The good thing about their company is that they give out valuable information for free. All you have to do is visit their blog page, and you can choose what you want to learn more from there. They are good articles when your goal is to gather resources.

Now, taking this into account, how do they earn their profits?

They are currently offering three products, the same items you will advertise. These are Godfather CRM, Property M.O.B. Virtual Assistant, and Total Access Pass to Property M.O.B. Academy. All of these are resources that can be used in one’s journey in real estate.

Here are the details about their affiliate program:

  • Minimum Payout: $100
  • Payment Method: PayPal; Paid per sale and/or monthly

Monthly Payments

Property M.O.B.’s program is most famous for its monthly affiliate payments. This means that if a customer purchases a product that requires monthly subscriptions, you will also be paid 25% as long as the customer is availing the software.

Even though they offer such great benefits, the best thing about their program is that it is not too demanding. You have a high possibility of being accepted as long as you have good credentials.

4. All Things Real Estate

Moving on, we have All Things Real Estate. It is exactly what their name states. Their store offers almost everything. This includes real estate related notebooks, land accessories, signage, marketing resources, and even custom signs for your property.

The company was founded in 2014 and is based in Portland, Oregon. The beauty of their store, however, lies in the fact that they ship worldwide.

For their affiliate program, refer to the following information:

  • Payment Method: PayPal, Payment Rails, Gift Cards
  • Cookie Duration: 15 Days
  • Promotional resources are provided

Commission: 5% per sale

Requirements are not specified in their website and program overview. It is preferred, however, that you have a background in the field of real estate for the reason the sign-up form involves a question regarding your starting journey.

Has a wide niche

Promoting All Things Real Estate means you can focus on different kinds of market. You don’t particularly need to appeal to those who are only interested in buying and selling properties, and/or courses.

Note that All Things Real Estate uses a third-party program to manage its affiliate payments, so you are going to follow their terms and conditions regarding finance-related concerns.

The program has also gone through quite a drastic change, like commissions, and cookie duration, when compared to older data, has been cut in half. Nevertheless, it is still a good offer.

5. Buildium Real Estate

Buildium is a software designed specifically to manage properties. This can be very helpful for real estate agents, and investors to keep track of their properties’ status, along with their clients’ concerns.

Particularly, here are the tasks that you can fulfill through Buildium:

  • Approve lease applications
  • Find and resolve maintenance issues
  • Manage payments
  • Monitor financial status

For seven consecutive years, they have been included in the list of “America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies”.

  • Must be interested in property management

Program welcomes anyone

Aside from the requirements above, which are bare necessities for an affiliate in marketing, they state in their program overview that anyone is welcome to sign up as an affiliate. This is a good program to start with if you are just a beginner.

This is quite a unique niche under real estate, which is a good thing to start with if you don’t want to include yourself in the competition between real estate properties, and courses.

Foreclosure directly offers openly listed properties. These properties are assured of having a high conversion rate, some even distressed, meaning, properties that can only be found in the platform, itself.

Properties have high conversion rates

Regularly, the properties offered by Foreclosure gain 2-3% conversion rates. This means that you can be assured that they have the ability to sell what they are offering.

Note that the program is run by ClickBank. They take pride in this because the software has a good reputation for delivering payments. This is the reason why they can deliver your checks in just two weeks.

Is it a Good Idea to Join Real Estate Affiliate Programs?

With all that said and done, is it actually worthwhile to join and use real estate affiliate programs as the main part of your business?

There are many types of real state affiliate programs, but I strongly recommend that you look for people who want to become realtors. The truth of the matter is that if you try to be an affiliate for real estate in terms of selling properties, it is going to take a long while before you make a sale.

Actually, most reputable real estate agencies don’t offer affiliate programs, so if you wanted to make money from actual house sales you would need to contact these agencies and see if you can arrange a cost per lead agreement. Basically, you would earn a flat fee for each new customer you refer to the agency rather than a commission from an actual house sale. Some might agree to a cost per call deal too, meaning you get paid a flat fee for every verified lead that you get to phone the agency.

All in all, this is why I recommend focusing more on promoting education products for realtors instead. The commission rates are high and it’s much easier to get conversions this way. For example, it’s not hard to promote directly to realtors with Facebook ads!

Take a look at the options I have laid out for you, and then check out the different program websites. You will learn a lot from their sites like who their target customers are, and what promotional materials are available. Then, sign up and get approved to get started with your real estate related affiliate career!
